NZ Clean Energy Centre - Limited Tenancy Opportunities Still Available

Limited tenancy opportunities are still available in Stage 1 of the NZ Clean Energy Centre facility which opens in April 2011. Options include a 37 square metre space and a 74 square metre space.

Common areas include two conference rooms (one with video conferencing), an atrium able to host 80 people in theatre style seating for workshops and seminars, a cafe, toilets and shower.

Advantages for clean energy companies locating at the Centre include:

Increased visibility. The Centre will draw visitors from around NZ and around the world, all with an interest in clean energy solutions. In addition, the Centre will be a venue for frequent clean energy events - for example in October 2011 the Centre will host the Clean Energy Expo in association with the RWC2011 office.

Collaborative opportunities. Already, before the Centre has even opened, tenants are talking to each other about mutual business opportunities. As Innovation Park in Hamilton has proven, such opportunities will only accelerate as the Centre gains traction.

Walk the walk. What better environment for clean energy companies to operate in than one that is built for maximum energy efficiency and which utilises a wide variety of clean energy technologies to provide heat and power for the building.
